PLANNING YOUR DREAM TRIP

Step 1
DISCOVER & CONNECT
After you connect with us or send a message through our contact form, we will reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation. During this call, we'll get to know you and what you want for your trip - your travel style, your dream destinations, your priorities. This will help us craft an itinerary designed especially for you.
Step 2
CRAFT & COLLABORATE
If we are a good fit, we will send you our planning fee invoice and will begin crafting your custom holiday itinerary. You will receive a trip proposal that reflects your vision of your trip. This is a collaborative process! We will work with you closely and incorporate your feedback into each element of the trip, so that it aligns perfectly with your unique desires.
Step 3
BOOK & PREPARE
After finalizing the details of your itinerary, we will work with our travel partners to book all aspects of your trip, including hotels, flights, transfers, and tours or excursions. We will also round out your itinerary with suggestions on additional aspects of your trip - like restaurants, nearby activities, points of interests, and other unique attractions.
Step 4
DEPART & SUPPORT
Once all of the nuts and bolts have been put into place and the bookings have been finalized, you are ready to depart! You can rest easy knowing that each detail of your trip has been taken care of - just sit back, relax, and enjoy. If you need assistance during your travels, reach out to us and we will work with our partners to make everything right.

WELCOME HOME & FEEDBACK
Once you've arrived home after your trip, full of new memories and unforgettable moments with loved ones, you can take some time to unwind and settle back into everyday life. We can't wait to hear all about your adventures and your feedback on what you loved most about your trip - and look forward to dreaming up your next one!

I LIKE TO MAKE MY OWN TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, WHY DO I NEED TO WORK WITH A TRAVEL PLANNER?
While you can most certainly plan your own travel and many people do, it can be a lot of work! Working closely with a travel professional to design your dream trip can be very beneficial. Working with a travel professional ensures that you never miss out on special experiences that you may otherwise not have known about, and also makes sure that all the logistics are taken care of to perfection.
I ONLY NEED A HOTEL FOR MY TRIP - CAN ILLUSTRO HELP ME WITH THIS?
Yes, absolutely! To book a luxury hotel, just reach out to us and let us know where you want to go and the dates of your trip. If you already know the name of the hotel you want to book, or need help finding the best hotel for your needs, we will guide you through the booking process and make sure you get all the exclusive VIP benefits, upgrades and special offers available only to travel advisors.
WHAT IS YOUR FEE FOR TRIP PLANNING SERVICES? AND FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS?
Our trip planning fees vary according to the length and complexity of each trip, and the number of travelers. The planning fee covers our expertise, research and itinerary design, access to our travel suppliers, complete booking and trip management, and support while you travel.
As an example, our planning fee for a domestic trip of less than 5 days starts at 350€, while a one-week trip to Europe starts at 500€.

For some hotel-only booking services with our hotel partners, depending on the complexity of the request, we do not charge a planning fee at all.

Since each trip is unique and created according to your specific needs, the fee may vary slightly and will be discussed and determined during our complimentary consultation call.
